Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, monitoring and improving automated assembly processes Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery Create programs for Pick and Place machinery and AOI, order SMT stencils, develop and operate reflow profiles Create and maintain process documentation Guide and assist machine operators in building products
Requirements:
2-year Associates degree, preferably in a technical field 2+ years direct experience as a PCBA Surface Mount Process Technician/ Manufacturing Technician Or 5+ years' experience in PCBA Automated Assembly Operations Good hand eye coordination and good visual acuity required Must pay very close attention to detail Able to work independently We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package.
