- $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Shift:
- 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- We are seeking motivated Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team.
In this role, you will assemble industrial ovens and furnaces from start to finish, working on both standard and custom-built units. Projects range from smaller commercial ovens to large-scale equipment used in industrial applications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, reading blueprints, and building quality products in a fast-paced production environment.
- Job Responsibilities
- + Assemble industrial ovens and furnaces from component parts through final completion + Install insulation, hardware, oven linings, doors, hinges, and related components + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings + Measure and cut metal materials accurately using a tape measure and hand tools + Work with aluminum and other metal products throughout the assembly process + Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently + Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and other production personnel + Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Meet production goals in a high-volume manufacturing environment •Required Qualifications•+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience using hand and power tools + Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform precise measurements + Mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills + Comfortable working with metal materials + Ability to work on ladders and at varying heights when necessary + Willingness to work around insulation materials + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic •Preferred Qualifications•+ Previous manufacturing or industrial experience + Mechanical assembly experience + Fabrication or production background + Experience working alongside welders and fabricators + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $12.
50 - $12.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
