Elecrical Assembly Technician

We're looking for a motivated Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role for a technician who wants to bridge the gap between precision in-house assembly and high-stakes field service, requiring a professional who is as comfortable meticulously constructing intricate automation solutions from components as they are diagnosing, optimizing, and commissioning these complex systems at global customer sites.
Deine Aufgaben Build, Launch & Wire:
Take ownership of the full assembly and commissioning cycle by interpreting complex electrical schematics to wire advanced control panels and integrate specialized components
Optimize, Evolve & Troubleshoot:
Perform machine integrations, upgrades, and performance optimizations on-site while traveling globally to execute advanced diagnostics, proactive maintenance, and critical system recovery
Physical Requirements:
Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50lbs (such as full cable spools) and work comfortably on ladders, platforms, and your feet for extended periods
Safety, Compliance & Quality:
Ensure every wire, connection, and component strictly adheres to international regulatory standards, rigorous electrical safety codes (e.g., NFPA, UL, IEC)

Possess an Associate's degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Schematic Fluency & Tool Proficiency:
Exhibit the ability to read, interpret, and precisely execute work based on complex wiring diagrams while remaining highly skilled in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools
Global Travel & Adaptability:
Maintain the willingness and flexibility to travel internationally (approx. 25%) for customer commissioning, service, and support, easily adapting to diverse environments and cultures
Communication & Software Skills:
