Job Summary:

We are looking to hire hard-working and dedicated employees to repair or build pallets for resale. You will be responsible for repairing / refurbishing recycled wooden pallets utilizing power nail guns and hand tools to restore them to a solid quality usable pallet. The above is a general description of the nature of the work that will be performed. All associates may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Identify repair needed based on the pallet brought to your station
• Replace broken deck boards
• Fix broken stringer using notches / patches
• Place repaired pallets in correct location based on pallet type
• Build new pallet based on customer spec Type of equipment that will be used:
• Nail guns
• Pry bars

• Tape Measure Basic Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Drug free
• Have quick hands, attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must have the ability to sit / walk for up to 8 hours per day
• No limitations to lift or carry items up to 55 lbs
• Work well with others and independently
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to grow / learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced labor-intensive environment
• Maintain a clean & safe workspace
• Be able to follow policies, procedures, and all safety protocols
• Hard worker
