This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, applying your technical expertise and mechanical aptitude to assemble complex components with precision and care. As a key member of our production line, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that each product meets rigorous quality standards and is delivered on time. Duties Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components, following detailed schematics and assembly instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately position, solder, and secure electronic components Interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams to facilitate proper wiring and component placement Conduct soldering tasks in accordance with IPC 610 standards, ensuring reliable electrical connections and mechanical integrity Verify component placement and solder joints using calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement tools to maintain quality standards Read and interpret schematics for electrical wiring and mechanical assembly to ensure correct configuration of assemblies Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues related to PCB assembly, mechanical fit, or electrical wiring during production Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly environments preferred Familiarity with PCB assembly processes, including surface mount technology (SMT) and soldering techniques Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement instruments Mechanical knowledge related to machining or component fitting is a plus Electrical experience involving wiring, soldering, or working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is advantageous Join us to be part of a team dedicated to precision manufacturing and continuous improvement.
