Assembler Micro Tech Staffing Group - 3.7 Warwick, RI Job Details Temporary | Temp-to-hire | Full-time | Contract $19 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Mechanical assembly Manufacturing facility Quality control Quality inspection Manufacturing Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a 2nd Shift Assembly Technician, where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will drive the production of high-quality products. 4- Day work week Monday thru Thursday 3pm to 1:30am . In this role, you will be an essential part of the assembly process within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring that each component is assembled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Must have basic assembly skills Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment according to detailed specifications and safety standards Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing environment Skills Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, with familiarity in assembly line operations Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment effectively and safely Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the assembly process Ability to follow safety protocols diligently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team settingThis role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their manufacturing skills while contributing to a collaborative team.
