Job Description

Kernel LLC is a contractor seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Assembly Line Worker. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production line, directly assembling, testing, and shipping smart hardware devices for Hexmodal Technologies. Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day tasks will bridge the gap between hardware assembly and logistics.
Main duties include:
Device Assembly:
Manually assemble hardware devices and components according to strict quality standards and technical guidelines.
Testing & Quality Control:
Conduct basic functionality tests on assembled devices to ensure they meet Hexmodal's performance specifications before packaging.
Pick, Pack, and Ship:
Accurately pick inventory, securely pack finished devices, and prepare shipping labels/documentation for outgoing orders.
Inventory Management:
Receive incoming raw materials, verify counts, and organize the warehouse to maintain an efficient, clean workspace.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the warehouse supervisor to meet daily production quotas and shipping deadlines. Required Qualifications 1+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, electronic assembly, or fulfillment (Preferred but not required— we will train the right person ). Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs Able to use basic hand and power tools High attention to detail, is punctual, and a team player Must own their own vehicle or have reliable means of transportation
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
