  • Responsibilities for an Assembler include but are not limited to:

Component Assembly & Staging:
  • Transfer raw components from staging areas to workbenches to assemble, build, and package valves, switch components, kits, and sub-assemblies per blueprints and operation sheets. +
  • Quality Inspection & Testing:
  • Read and interpret gauges, flow meters, and power supply readouts to make quality judgment calls; perform required testing (internal, external, mass spec, and functionality) on completed assemblies. +
  • Equipment & Tool Operation:
  • Safely and accurately utilize hand tools, torque drivers, and specialized equipment to maintain consistent production workflow. +
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Obey all plant safety rules, wear required PPE (safety glasses, earplugs, and safety shoes), and stop work immediately if an unsafe condition arises.
  • Candidates for an Assembler must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Experience:
  • Minimum of one year of assembly, product testing, and packaging experience is preferred; background in blueprint reading or equivalent coursework is a plus. +
  • Physical & Environmental Stamina:
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift in a manufacturing plant environment (exposed to noise, dust, oil, and grease). +
  • Education & Schedule Flexibility:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; must be flexible to work overtime past 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week based on production demands. +
  • Core Skills:
  • Strong team-player attitude, solid understanding of manufacturing quality requirements, and the ability to identify production line problems.

  • $16.
