FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING
#LI-TF1 Requirements \nOne or more years of experience in an assemblers or fabricator role\nBachelor's degree in a related field\nDemonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions to accurately fabricate and assemble components in accordance with established specifications\nProficient in using basic hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication equipment to ensure quality assembly and precise fitment of parts\nPossess an active DoD Secret security clearance\n\n Desired Skills \nFamiliarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar inventory tracking software to log assembly and fabrication activities\nProven ability to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest process improvements to reduce waste and enhance productivity\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards\nEffective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report production progress or issues\n\n Clearance Information
