$19.00/hr PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, youll assemble components and subassemblies into finished products while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. If you enjoy working with your hands, following instructions, and being part of a team that takes pride in building quality products, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What Youll DoAssembly Operations Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards Utilize hand tools and equipment as required Quality Inspection Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues Verify products meet customer and company specifications Report any production or quality concerns promptly Teamwork & Production Support Work closely with team members to meet production goals Help identify and resolve assembly-related issues Support a positive and productive team environment Safety & Organization Follow all safety procedures and workplace protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Support continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
