Pay Rate:

$19.00/hr PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, youll assemble components and subassemblies into finished products while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. What Youll DoAssembly Operations Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards Utilize hand tools and equipment as required Quality Inspection Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues Verify products meet customer and company specifications Report any production or quality concerns promptly Teamwork & Production Support Work closely with team members to meet production goals Help identify and resolve assembly-related issues Support a positive and productive team environment Safety & Organization Follow all safety procedures and workplace protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Support continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment Strong reliability and attendance Preferred Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience Understanding of assembly processes and production environments Ability to read and interpret: Blueprints Work instructions Assembly documentation Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity What Makes You a Great Fit Detail-oriented and quality-focused Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Able to follow instructions and procedures accurately Team player with a positive attitude Safety-conscious mindset Why Join Us?

Pay Details:
