Job Description
Job Title Kit Assembler T1A Function Logistics Reports to Nelson Correa- Quality and Logistics Manager Supervises None Mission Prepare and assemble parts and materials for service parts. Kit assemblers may also perform quality control checks and maintain inventory. Principle Activities Assemble kits of products according to specific instructions Ensure that all required components are present in the kit before assembly Record, print and pull products, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records. Use hand and power tools to assemble kits Perform quality checks on completed kits to ensure they meet specifications Package and label finished kits for shipment Keep work area clean and organized Report any issues or defects in materials or equipment to the supervisor Financial/Risk Control Conduct yourself in accordance with the Company code of ethics policy at all times. Required Knowledge and Skills Attention to detail and precision in assembling kits Ability to read and follow instructions Physical dexterity and ability to use hand tools Basic math skills for counting and measuring components Required Education 10th grade education or higher Required Experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and wear all required PPE.
