Position Summary ILJIN America Corp. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our automotive manufacturing team. The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling automotive components according to established production procedures, maintaining quality standards, and following all company safety requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions and production specifications. Operate assembly machines, hand tools, and other manufacturing equipment as trained. Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Identify defective parts, materials, or finished products and report issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Properly handle, move, and store materials and components. Complete production and quality records accurately. Meet established production goals while maintaining product quality. Follow all PPE, safety, environmental, and workplace policies. Work cooperatively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, automotive, assembly, or production experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Basic ability to use hand tools and manufacturing equipment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift as required. Ability to lift and move materials within the requirements of the position. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work Environment The Assembly Worker will work in an automotive manufacturing/production environment. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and maintain a high level of quality, productivity, and teamwork. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
