Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Line Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products on the production line, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the creation of precision-engineered products in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components Operate power tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and schematics to ensure assembly accuracy Perform welding and electrical wiring tasks as required for product assembly Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machines, and industrial equipment for fabrication processes Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols Conduct quality inspections using micrometers and other precision instruments to verify specifications Assist with mechanical fabrication, machining, and assembly tasks as needed Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment to move parts and finished products Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve manufacturing processes Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments with knowledge of industrial equipment Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams Basic electrical experience including wiring and working with electrical components Mechanical knowledge of machinery, fabrication techniques, and power tools operation Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges accurately Experience with CNC machines, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding, and machining preferred Strong understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing operations Ability to operate forklifts or similar industrial vehicles (certification preferred) Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed assembly work Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join our team as a Line Assembler if you are committed to quality craftsmanship, safety excellence, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
