USD $20.75 - $25.78/hr.
Shift:
1st 7AM-3:15PM Essential Functions of the
Position:
Review passdown log for issues from previous shifts. Daily inspection of all equipment (destruct guns and non-destruct equipment. Conduct daily PM's on equipment. Destruct parts using destruct guns. Perform Ultrasonic Inspection using Tessonic equipment. Inspect product to requirements defined on teardown documentation (Weld / Sealer / Pushout Map) and ensure customer expectations are met. Communicate all quality issues with product to Quality Shop Floor Coordinator, Quality Technician and Area Team Leader / Supervisor. Perform other duties as required. Education and/or Experience (Required): Must have a High School Diploma or GED Experience with Ultrasonic measurement equipment is preferred Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Lead by example, be trustworthy and dependable. Physical Demands / Work Environment 90% Standing and walking. 10% Office Environment and Data Entry Shop Floor Environment Teardown Activities and working with current Teardown equipment
