Job Description
Job Description Position Summary The Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and preparing compressor units and related equipment for shipment. This role works from assembly instructions, drawings, and bills of materials to build quality products while meeting safety and production standards. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys working with tools and takes pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities

- Assemble mechanical and electrical components into compressor systems and sub-assemblies following work instructions and drawings.
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and finishing tasks.
- Read and follow job travelers, bills of materials, and assembly instructions.
- Perform basic inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Document completed work and production information in company systems.
- Identify and report material, quality, or assembly issues.
- Assist with final product preparation, including labeling, packaging, and shipment readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Lift, move, and install components up to 50 lbs as needed.

- 1-3 year of assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or other hands-on production experience.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and bills of materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Associate degree or vocational/technical training.
- Experience assembling industrial equipment, machinery, compressors, pumps, or similar products.
- Experience performing basic mechanical or electrical testing.
- Familiarity with ERP/manufacturing systems for tracking production or work orders.
- Experience reading mechanical drawings or simple schematics.
