A Production Fabricator or Assembler constructs and assembles a wide range of products, such as engines, computers, aircraft, ships, boats, toys, electronic devices, and control panels, as well as the individual parts that make up these products.

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and physically capable Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Operations Associate with a passion for driving and inventory handling while making a difference, we encourage you to apply. This position is physically active and requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and unloading merchandise using pallet jacks. Applicants must be able to perform hands-on unloading at pickup and delivery locations.
Physical Requirements:
The primary tasks require experience safely driving a box truck, hands-on experience with picking up inventory, stacking inventory in the truck for safe handling, unloading inventory in designated areas of the warehouse. This position is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, with day shifts only. Hours of Operation for this position will be 7am to 3pm (average of 37.5 hours per week).
Major Duties:
Provide friendly, professional, and respectful customer service. Safely operate a 24-26 ft non-CDL box truck on assigned local routes. Stack and secure inventory to prevent damage during transport Physically load and unload donations and merchandise efficiently and safely. Ensure secure, organized, and damage-free transport and stacking of goods. Assist with general warehouse tasks, including sorting, staging, and organizing inventory. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals. Maintain cleanliness and order in the truck and warehouse areas. Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols. Work collaboratively with the store team to support operational goals. Perform physical labor, including lifting items up to 90lbs safely. Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required:
1 - 2 years of experience safely operating a box truck. Ability to perform heavy physical labor daily Valid Driver's License Pass background check. Pass a drug screening. Successful references check. Submit photo of valid Driver's License Submit a clean driving record for the past 5 to 10 years.
