Crate Builders- Simpsonville, SC Marathon Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Crate Builders to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. If you have carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience and enjoy hands-on work, this is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to use in a steady, team-focused environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship, work safely, and maintain a strong work ethic on the job. Pay & Schedule $16.00/hour Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities Build custom wooden crates and pallets in a variety of sizes Safely operate air-powered nail guns and other hand/power tools Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and work instructions accurately Ensure all finished products meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Work collaboratively in a team-oriented production environment Required Qualifications Prior experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction, or similar hands-on work Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Commitment to following all safety procedures and proper use of PPE How to Apply Call our Simpsonville office at 864-881-4700 for more information or apply today to take the next step in your career.
