Production Line Worker

Albany Farms operates a growing food manufacturing facility in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, producing high quality ramen noodles in a controlled production environment. Position Overview The Production Line Worker plays a key role in daily plant operations, supporting the production and packaging of ramen noodles. This is a hands on role in a fast paced manufacturing environment where consistency, attention to detail, and teamwork matter. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic adjustments Perform in process quality checks to ensure product meets specifications Identify and report product defects or equipment issues immediately Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with GMP standards Follow all safety procedures and required PPE at all times Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including hair restraints and sanitation protocols Support daily production targets without compromising quality Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members Participate in safety and operational training Perform additional duties as needed to support production

What We're Looking For Required:

Must be 18 years or older Ability to follow instructions and work within established processes Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a team driven environment Ability to work four 10 hour shifts per week

Preferred:

Manufacturing or food production experience Mechanical aptitude or experience with production equipment Experience using basic hand tools Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours per shift Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motion Regular use of hands for operating equipment and handling materials Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to work in a warm production environment

Schedule Training Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30

PM Regular Schedule After Training:
