Production Associate - Custom Cabinet Manufacturing Start your career with a growing team in custom cabinet production. This entry-level role begins in the trim department and offers hands-on training, cross-department rotation, and opportunities to advance. What You'll Do Sand, inspect, and repair cabinet components Hang parts on paint lines and prep panels for finishing Install hinges, shelves, drawers, and hardware Measure parts and match orders accurately Package finished cabinets for shipment Maintain a clean, safe workspace What We're Looking For Basic production or labor experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Interest in woodworking or manufacturing Gain valuable skills while building a path to promotion in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
