What You'll Do:

Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot issues and produce high‑quality finished builds. Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Work independently inside major retail stores. Hit daily productivity goals…and earn commission accordingly! Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff.

What You Bring:

Mechanical aptitude—experience with tools or tinkering a big plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day. A desire to earn more through performance. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required. Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
