Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
o Layout and fabrication of channel letters and logos including letter backs, plastic faces, and returns of any degree of difficulty from sheet metal, prefinished aluminum, or aluminum of any gauge o Installation of LED modules, power supplies, neon tube supports, connectors, and mounting holes in letters; and fabrication of raceway as needed. o Installation and wiring of channel letters on the raceway, route aluminum sheets, grind burs, and apply acrylic undercoat o Maintain inventory at optimal levels o Follow work orders and drawings to complete projects on time and according to drawings and customer specifications. o Maintain tools and equipment by ensuring they are cleaned and in good working condition. o Will assist in scheduling and training as needed, and work closely with other fabricators, and production teams to complete projects efficiently and on time o Meet company quality standards by completing control check sheets and documenting materials and time on work orders accurately. o Follow all safety protocols, wearing required protective gear (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, earplugs). o Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
o A high school diploma or equivalent is required. o Proficiency in reading drawings, and job specifications. o Ability to operate and maintain equipment. o Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Physical Requirements:
o Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.). o Capable of standing for long periods; bending, kneeling, or squatting as needed during tasks.
Pay:
$15.00 - $24.00 per hour
