Job Description

Cabinet Assembly & Sanding Positions Schedule:
6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Pay:
$16.00/hour |
Temp-to-Hire Potential Pay Increase:
Up to $18.00/hour based on performance We are hiring for Cabinet Assembly and Sanding positions. These are hands-on manufacturing roles in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, able to work safely with tools, and comfortable working in a dusty and noisy environment. Cabinet AssemblyJob Responsibilities Assemble cabinets and cabinet carcass assemblies. Assemble doors to face frames. Perform drawer assembly. Complete minor touch-up work as needed. Use nail guns, glue applicators, power screwdrivers, and small hand tools. Measure materials accurately using a tape measure. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and production instructions. Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. Work in a dusty environment with loud machinery and production noise. Work scheduled overtime as needed. Requirements Previous construction, carpentry, cabinet assembly, or related experience required. Ability to read and use a tape measure; candidates must successfully complete a tape measure test. Comfortable using power tools and hand tools. Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality work. Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed. Ability to work safely in a dusty, loud production environment. Sanding PositionJob Responsibilities Operate an electric sander to sand unfinished cabinet parts. Prepare unfinished parts for the assembly process. Ensure surfaces are properly sanded and ready for production. Inspect work carefully for imperfections and inconsistencies. Maintain consistent quality and production standards. Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures. Work in a dusty manufacturing environment with loud noise. Requirements Previous experience using an electric sander preferred. Strong attention to detail is required. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a dusty and noisy environment. Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed. Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:
$16.00/hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Potential increase to $18.00/hour based on performance
First Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Must be able to work on Saturday when needed Overtime may be required based on production needs.
