$18.00-$19.00/hr Average Pay withWeekly Production Bonus:
$20.00-$21.85/hr 1st & 2nd Shifts AvailableNO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Shift & Pay- 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday Start between 6:00-6:30 AM 8 or 9-hour shifts- 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday Start between 4:00-4:30 PM 8 or 9-hour shiftsBase Pay:
$18.00-$19.00/hr depending on shift- With weekly production bonus, average pay can reach $20.00-$21.85/hr
- Potential overtime on Saturdays
- Long-term temporary positions during peak season What You'll Do
- Assemble landscaping machinery and equipment
- Use handheld pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks
- Follow work instructions to build products accurately
- Package finished products
- Use scanners to pick parts according to customer orders
- Place picked parts on dollies for production and shipping
- Inspect your work to maintain quality standards
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all workplace safety procedures What We're Looking For
- No previous manufacturing or assembly experience required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Comfortable bending and performing repetitive production tasks
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
