Full-time Job Overview At Halal Birdz, the Assembler (Server) is responsible for bringing each order together with speed, accuracy, and consistency. This role is the final step before the food reaches the customer. Attention to detail, presentation, and efficiency are critical. Position Summary The Assembler (Server) is responsible for: Building sandwiches, loaded fries, and sides Assembling orders accurately and efficiently Maintaining quality and presentation standards You play a key role in customer satisfaction and overall kitchen flow. Responsibilities Food Assembly Assemble all menu items according to Halal Birdz standards Follow portioning and presentation guidelines Ensure each order is complete, clean, and consistent Speed and Accuracy Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner rushes Double-check orders before handing off Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team Cleanliness and Organization Maintain a clean and organized assembly station Keep ingredients stocked and ready Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Team Support Assist with bagging and order handoff when needed Help restock ingredients during slower periods Support overall kitchen operations Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
