Our corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility is in Nashville, TN with three regional offices in both Tennessee and Florida. We perform projects across the Southeastern US. This role is based out of our Nashville, TN office.

Position Summary :

Steve Ward & Associates is seeking a skilled and motivated ideal candidate for this Millwork Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have experience working with architectual millwork, the ability to read and interpret construction documents, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, elevations, and sections. Apply plastic laminate (PLam) efficiently, including the use of spray adhesives and laminate tools Perform millwork fabrication tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, building custom projects from start to finish Cross-train in multiple shop functions as needed to support production goals Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies Deliver materials to install jobsites occasionally Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications Experience in millwork or woodworking preferred Ability to read and understand construction drawings Familiarity with plastic laminate application techniques Have a valid driver's license Willingness to learn and cross-train in various shop operations Steve Ward & Associates offers competitive compensation and benefits, including health insurance, voluntary life insurance, 401(k), and vacation time.
