Rotary-Wing:
147690
Job Description:
Perform major and minor repairs and alterations to aircraft structure, including sheet metal and composite repairs and fabrications, and fabricate mounting provisions for avionics installations. Read, interpret, and perform work according to manufacturers' drawings and instructions, measure, drill, and modify aircraft structures without causing damage, document work accurately, work on a team to ensure quality and timely completions, assist with line crew duties as needed, demonstrate safe work habits with proper PPE, consistently perform tasks with little to no rework, and perform other duties as assigned.

              Up to $40.00/hour Education & Job Requirements
              • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
              • A minimum of 4 years of recent experience related to job duties.
              • Candidate must be a U.S. Person. Preferred Skills
              • FAA Airframe Certification preferred, but not required. Job Duties & Functions
              • Install Bell, Aeronautical Accessories, and other afterspanet kits.
              • Perform major and minor repairs and alterations to aircraft structure, including sheet metal and composite repairs and fabrications.
              • Fabricate mounting provisions for avionics installations.
              • Read, interpret, and perform work according to manufacturers' drawings and instructions.
              • Measure, drill, and modify aircraft structures without causing damage to the structure or underlying components.
              • Document work performed consistently and accurately.
              • Work on a team to ensure quality and timely completion of aircraft to meet the schedule.
              • Assist with line crew duties as needed.
              • Demonstrate safe work habits and always wear proper PPE.
              • Demonstrate consistent ability to perform most tasks with little to no rework.
              • Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements & Environment
              • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.
              • Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders, and work stands.
              • Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of the shift.
              • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
              • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.
              • Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.
              • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.
