Assembler - Looking for dependable motivated individuals to join our team.

Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials on the assembly line according to production schedule, reviewing production and shipping schedules, conferring with department supervisor to determine progress of work and completion dates, responsible for SQCDP metrics for assembly line. Experience - Demonstrated ability to perform all trained processes and duties within a reasonable time frame established by employer. Demonstrated ability to follow standard operations and instructions with minimal supervision. Willingness to accept training for new operations as business needs arise. Must have technical ability to evaluate and analyze statistical data, thorough understanding of the manufacturing process employed by the company, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, knowledge of Lean tools and QMS and some knowledge of

ISO 9001.

Tasks:

• Promote safety compliance on assembly line and throughout plant.
• Check and inspect work of teammates on assembly line.
• Ensure best product quality.
• Assist production supervisor in ensuring TAKT (run rates) rates are met (hourly board).
• Direct daily assembly line activities as required.
• Fill in for absenteeismon the line as needed.
• Train new teammates in job duties
• Give constructive feedback to teammates for improvement.
• Drive 5 S within the assembly line.
• Assist production supervisor in the identification of improvement opportunities.
• Adhere to the Wise Company Quality Manual and all company operational procedures.
• Other responsibilities, as needed or directed by immediate supervisor.
