Thermoforming Operator - Build Something That Matters at Bath Fitter! As a Thermoforming Operator - Assembler/Finisher at Bath Fitter's Tennessee Plant, you'll play an important role in producing the premium acrylic bathtubs and shower systems that customers trust across North America. You'll help fabricate, inspect, finish, and package products while ensuring every item meets Bath Fitter's quality standards. Full-time position (Non-Exempt/Hourly), Third Shift Competitive hourly pay Wage increase after 3 months Comprehensive group insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, and additional options) 401(k) with Profit Sharing Paid holidays and paid time off Employee discounts and Employee Assistance Program Opportunities for career advancement and internal promotion Free on-site gym access Subsidized meals at our in-house bistro A supportive team environment that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement In this role, you will: Trim, sand, buff, and finish acrylic products Prepare testers and two-piece front tubs Bend tub rails and perform assembly tasks Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards Package and transport tubs, shower bases, and related products Level and repair tubs as needed Rotate between workstations based on production needs Carry and transport materials, molds, inventory, and supplies Take precise measurements and follow production specifications Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment Enter production data into computer systems Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines We're looking for someone with: High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred Experience operating manufacturing equipment, routers, band saws, or similar tools is a plus Ability to safely use hand tools and cutting equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, and procedures Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Ability to accurately use tape measures and measuring devices Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Adaptability to changing production priorities Reliable attendance and strong dependability Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on manufacturing role.
