What You'll Do You'll play a key role in keeping production moving by: Working as a key team member on the production line, ensuring smooth operations. Setting up your workstation and contributing to changeover and Lean procedures. Collaborating with your Team Coach and Team Leader on assigned production duties.

What We're Looking For:

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks while meeting standard production rates.
