$17.05 per hour

Shift:

We're hiring Assemblers to keep production lines running, parts assembled, and orders moving out on time. If you've got the focus and drive, this is where you belong. What It Takes to Crush It High school diploma or GED preferred. 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience. Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 experience a plus). Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Regular standing, walking, and use of hands for assembly task s. Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Requires close attention to detail and visual focus. Your Rewards for

PPE, clean floors, secure environment What You'll Be Cranking Out Assemble components using prints and process sheets to meet product specifications. Follow standardized work instructions to produce high-quality parts. Work collaboratively within a team or cell-based environment, including cross-training as needed. Identify and report quality or assembly issues and support problem resolution. Assist in training new team members on assembly processes. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
