09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Job Overview US Industrial Sourcing is looking to fill labor position for assembly type work, with the potential for lead positions. We have several departments and do cross training for each area. Position can also require maintenance of facility grounds when needed and general upkeep of facility. The hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:15 pm and Saturday as needed. Knowledge of hand tools and tape measure a plus, paid in house training is provided. Must have a good work ethic and not need to be under direct supervision. You will need to be able to pass a drug test along with random tests if hired. Salary based on experience. Responsibilities Assemble parts and components accurately according to schematics, blueprints, and work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide assembly processes. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or deviations from standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with warehouse tasks including material handling with forklifts and inventory management when required. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement devices. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality assurance throughout the production process.
