The ideal candidate has excellent hand skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under magnification in a clean-room production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble, disassemble, and modify electromechanical assemblies . Perform conformal coating, masking, and coating inspection . Apply coatings to small components using a fine brush and steady hand . Work under slight magnification for most of the shift. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions . Inspect parts for defects and perform self-inspection of completed work. Use fixtures for accurate assembly. Perform manual soldering and epoxy application . Operate solder reflow ovens, semi-automatic pick-and-place equipment, and measurement systems. Maintain high standards of production accuracy and quality . Work in a clean-room environment and follow all applicable procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or Trade School 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred. Ability to become solder certified . Basic computer/MRP skills. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook familiarity. Strong teamwork, communication, and work ethic.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
