Assembly Technicians are responsible for reading and interpreting manufacturers drawings (blueprints) to assemble fabricated metal parts, fittings, and/or subassemblies using layout tools, hand tools, power tools, and fasteners, such as, bolts, screws, rivets, helicoils, etc. The ideal candidate will show proven reliability, pay close attention to detail, self-motivated, coachable, able to interpret and read manufacturers drawings (blueprints), experience working with hand and power tools, be knowledgeable working with and handling raw tubing, sheet metal, and other various metals, and a minimum of (1-2) years' experience in a related field (general assembly) is not required but is a plus.
