Production Assembler

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Mechanical Assembly Technician, where your expertise will drive the creation of high-quality industrial equipment. As a key contributor to our production process, you'll be instrumental in assembling complex mechanical systems that meet rigorous standards of quality and safety. Your hands-on skills and technical knowledge will help us deliver innovative solutions to our clients worldwide. Assembly and Disassembly of pumps in shop. Completion of comprehensive inspections of pumps and components. Identification of the cause(s) of mechanical/electrical pump failures & recommend corrective action. Daily maintenance of department's equipment and tools. Responsible for paint prep, masking with tape areas to protect from the application of paint. Record and monitor each order's labor and material. Ensure and control safety and quality assurance at all times. Mechanical aptitude Basic Electrical Fundamentals required Capable of reading and operating precision instruments Skills Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automation systems. Experience with CNC machining processes and fabrication techniques. Skilled in welding techniques suitable for industrial applications. Electrical experience including wiring, troubleshooting electrical circuits, and understanding industrial electrical systems. Mechanical knowledge encompassing assembly procedures, fabrication methods, and industrial equipment operation. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Ability to work with schematics for electrical wiring and control systems. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, and fabrication workflows. Experience operating forklifts safely within a manufacturing environment. This position is vital for ensuring the seamless production of high-performance industrial equipment through meticulous assembly and fabrication processes. Pay:

$19.50 - $21.00 per hour
