Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our welding products manufacturing team in Pearland, TX. This role involves assembling, soldering, and inspecting components to ensure high-quality production standards are met. The ideal candidate is precise, safety-conscious, and works well as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform soldering on various metal components according to specificationsInspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standardsOperate hand tools and soldering equipment safely and efficientlyFollow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with other assembly or manufacturing tasks as neededMust have a Valid Driver's License.

Requirements:

Previous soldering experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterityAbility to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks

Schedule & Benefits:

Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday (hours may vary depending on production needs)Shift is 8:00 am - 4:45 pmPay $15.00
