Monday-Friday | Day Shift Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) Cabinet Assembler to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for assembling high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and closet cabinets according to specifications while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble RTA cabinets using hand and power tools according to company specifications Read and follow assembly instructions and work orders Inspect cabinets for defects, missing components, or damage before and after assembly Ensure all cabinets meet quality and appearance standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines Assist with packaging, labeling, or staging assembled cabinets as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in cabinet assembly required , furniture assembly, woodworking, or manufacturing preferred Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools safely Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math and measurement skills Required Skills Experience with RTA cabinet systems Familiarity with warehouse or production environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities may be available Paid holidays and PTO Stable, full-time work in a growing company Why Join Us Consistent hours and steady workload Clean, organized warehouse environment Supportive team and leadership
