Assembler Location:
Cedar Park, TX 78613
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 6:00 AM•2:30 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available)
Hourly Rate:
$19•21 per hour DOE Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Assembler for a leading industrial manufacturing and equipment company in Cedar Park, TX. This position plays a key role in supporting production operations by assembling mechanical components, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Assembler Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions and specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production documents. Prepare materials for production, including adhesives, lubricants, and other components. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards. Maintain accurate production documentation (work orders, travelers, test results, etc.). Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow lean manufacturing practices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (5S standards). Follow all company safety, HSE, and operational procedures.
Assembler Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly production environments preferred. Experience using hand tools and power tools required. Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office experience is a plus). Experience with ERP/MRP systems (JDE, Oracle, or similar) is a plus. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Ability to distinguish colors for wiring and labeling purposes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Must be dependable and available to start immediately. Why Work with Us?
