Frac Plug Assembler Responsibilities:
  • Assemble composite frac plugs according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications
  • Inspect components for defects, damage, and dimensional accuracy before assembly
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, and measuring instruments during the assembly process
  • Perform quality checks on assembled products
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety policies, and manufacturing procedures
  • Identify and report non-conforming materials, equipment issues, or process deviations
  • Assist with inventory control, material handling, and organization of work areas
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to meet production goals and deadlines Requirements for
Frac Plug Assembler:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, oilfield equipment, or mechanical experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical documents
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive hand movements
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to noise and industrial equipment
  • Mechanical assembly experience desired
  • Knowledge of oilfield completion tools and hydraulic fracturing equipment is a plus
  • Quality control and inspection experience preferred
  • Forklift or material handling experience (optional)
