We distribute ATVs, scooters, go-karts, and UTVs to dealers nationwide. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and finished units accurately and efficiently, inspecting completed units, and assisting with mechanical troubleshooting as needed. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Assemble and prepare ATVs, scooters, go-karts, UTVs, and other powersports units using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized tools. Inspect and test completed units prior to shipping to ensure proper operation and quality standards. Diagnose mechanical issues and perform troubleshooting as needed. Install and fit components and parts with care and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following established safety procedures. Support warehouse operations by organizing and maintaining parts, tools, and supplies needed for assembly tasks. Qualifications Minimum of two years of hands-on mechanical experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of parts and components. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment. Must be able to safely lift, push, and pull up 35lbs at a time. Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed. Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs and electronic components. Strong verbal communication skills. Previous powersports or assembly experience is a plus.
