  • Summary
  • Fab/Upfit office manager: This role will be for our upfit department.
They mainly install beds and ladder racks for retail customers as well as in house sales vehicles for the recon process. We also install liftgates, ladder racks, and build customer accessories like ladder racks, brush guards, gates and ramps for box trucks. They guy I'm looking for should have great customer service skills as well as some salesmanship. They won't be cold calling, but department growth is a big part of what they need to be able to accomplish. They will be managing the Facebook page, incoming sales calls for upfit and accessories as well. Will be responsible for standard office manager type tasks such as: Inventory, RO's being completed and accurate, scheduling, customer service, managing office staff ( parts/counter help). We have a killer shop foreman, but he can't do it all himself. All though this will mostly be an office job, everyone here gets dirty. They will be expected to crawl under trucks with tech and customers to help establish expectations on jobs, get measurements, etc The Accessories Manager sells and merchandises all OEM and aftermarket products for the dealership. This position plans and forecasts monthly objectives and works in concert with the new, used, parts and service departments to maximize gross profit opportunities.   • Essential Duties Merchandises all OEM and aftermarket accessory displays.
Maintains show books and photo galleries of accessorized vehicles. Maintains inventory and back stock items. Ensures proper installation of dealer-installed items is performed before delivery. Attends all sales and service meetings as the resource expert on all accessory questions. Keeps informed on all products and trends in the market and attends industry events as an ambassador of the dealership. Works on service drive contacting customers for sales opportunities. Communicates with sales and service departments and facilitates team building. Always maintains professionalism. Other tasks as assigned. Automotive Parts Accessories Manager
