2nd Shift Production Worker Irving, TX 75061
Overview:
A leading packaging and manufacturing company in Irving, Texas is hiring Production Workers for both 1st and 2nd shift. This position involves working with thermoformed plastic parts and packaging materials in a fast-paced production environment. Duties include handling, inspecting, trimming, and preparing plastic products using hand and power tools. This is a full-time position that will transition into permanent employment with added incentives and compensation based on performance.

Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM = $15.50/hr +
OT Job Duties:
Work with thermoformed plastic parts and packaging materials according to specifications Handle, inspect, trim, and prepare plastic products using hand and power tools Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output targets Perform quality checks on finished plastic products for accuracy and defects Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting
Requirements:
3-6 months of experience using hand and power tools required Previous production, manufacturing, or assembly experience (plastic or thermoforming preferred) Comfortable working with plastic materials and production equipment Ability to lift up to 5-15 lbs consistently throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment for 8-12 hour shifts Must be dependable with strong attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment in Texas Must clear pre-employment E-Verify, criminal background check, and drug screening
