Worksite:

100% Onsite | First Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00/7:00 AM - 2:30/3:30 PM Minimum Requirements Strong Mechanical aptitude and prior experience in Mechanical assembly processes, preferably in electronics assembly. (2-5 years minimum) Ability to work with multiple hand and Power/Battery operated tools. Able to read and work from mechanical drawings and work instructions. (Instructions are in English) Learn multiple processes, cross-trainable to support multiple product lines. Ability to work with limited supervision, self-motivated & results orientated. Well organized, with attention to detail. Ability to work and support production requirements and meet deadlines. Ensure high quality work is performed with repeatability and reliability. Able to perform within a team and adapt to a diverse cultural work group. Good moral character and able to fit into the company culture. Excellent communication skills

Experience Requirements:

2 years of work-related experience in the electronics industry or related field. Experience of working in a team orientated manufacturing environment. Knowledgeable and capable of working in an ESD environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected. Solder Experience a plus.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED is required if hired by customer
