Responsibilities Assemble skid-mounted data center racks and custom steel structures according to blueprints, drawings, and production specifications. Use hand tools, mechanical tools, and fasteners such as nuts and bolts to build and secure components accurately. Interpret and follow mechanical blueprints and drawings to ensure correct dimensions, alignment, and assembly sequence. Inspect assembled components for quality, structural integrity, and compliance with manufacturing standards. Collaborate with production team members to coordinate workflow and meet manufacturing schedules and output targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in both outdoor covered and indoor spaces. Handle steel components carefully to prevent damage and ensure proper fit during mechanical assembly. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with tools, equipment, and steel materials in a manufacturing environment. Essential Skills Proven experience in steel manufacturing or steel fabrication environments. Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly in a production or manufacturing setting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings. Ability to use hand tools and mechanical tools safely and effectively. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail when working with steel structures. Capability to work productively in a mixed indoor and outdoor environment. Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining high quality standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience assembling data center racks, industrial skids, or similar mechanical structures. Experienced in general manufacturing or production operations.
