$12.80 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Overtime & Saturdays may be required based on production needs Express Employment Professionals is hiring dependable General Labor / Production Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in South McAllen. This role involves assembling patio awnings and other heavy fabric products, moving materials, supporting production operations, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to work instructions or blueprints Lift, move, and organize materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as needed Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Assist with maintenance, production support, and general warehouse duties as assigned Follow all company safety policies and production procedures Qualifications Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred Strong attention to detail and dependability required Flexible to work overtime and Saturdays as needed High school diploma or GED preferred How to Apply For immediate assistance, please apply, then call our office at 956-664-9675 and ask to speak with Andy, Jose or Karen.
