Cable Assembly/Wire Harness Assemblers

We are looking for experienced assemblers who can build cable assemblies and wire harnesses per detailed schematics . MUST be able to read wiring diagrams, follow work instructions, use hand tools and meet quality standards. Prior experience with IPC620 is a plus. Responsibilities Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to detailed schematics and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, strip, crimp, solder, and connect wires and components as it relates to building cable assemblies. Follow IPC 620 standards Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing cable assemblies and wire harnesses. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments Knowledge of IPC 620 standards for electronic assemblies Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately for efficient assembly processes Soldering skills, wiring techniques, terminal termination, installing connectors, heat-shrinking are all part of the build process. Maintain accuracy, documentation, and quality standards Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment We have several openings available.
