Job Description
Join a Growing Manufacturing Team BCS Switchgear is seeking a motivated Fabrication Team Member to join our manufacturing team in Pilot Point, Texas. We design and build custom electrical switchgear and power distribution equipment for customers across the United States. This position offers an opportunity to learn valuable fabrication and manufacturing skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No fabrication experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do As part of our fabrication team, you will assist with a variety of manufacturing and metal fabrication processes including: Cutting and preparing materials Grinding and finishing metal components Operating fabrication equipment Assisting with bending and forming operations Welding and assembly support Maintaining a safe and organized work area Supporting production needs as assigned Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the fabrication and manufacturing process. What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled Team-oriented mindset Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check Preferred (Not Required) Previous fabrication, welding, manufacturing, construction, automotive, or mechanical experience Experience using measuring tools Forklift experience Why Work at BCS? Compensation Pay:
$18.00- 22.00 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM
