Key Responsibilities:

Put together antenna parts by hand or using small tools. Use a soldering iron to connect wires and parts. Check that all parts are working and look good through careful inspection. Follow safety rules and work instructions precisely to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Keep your work area clean and organized, contributing to overall workplace efficiency. Assemble various components and sub-assemblies of antennas according to schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to ensure accurate and secure assembly. Perform quality checks on assembled products to identify and correct any defects or deviations from specifications. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet daily output goals. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly. Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Requirement & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Some experience with assembly or soldering is helpful, but we're happy to train the right candidate! Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting. Ability to use your hands for small, detailed work with precision. Ability to stand or sit while working for many hours as needed for production. Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds frequently. Able to understand and follow instructions in English clearly and accurately Ability to work well and collaborate with others. Ability to be on time consistently, demonstrating reliability.
