Ready for a 3-day workweek and full-time pay? Work 12-hour shifts Friday-Sunday (36 hours) and get paid for 40. Join PDS Tech Commercial and our industry-leading partner in Richardson as a cleanroom and/or mechanical assembler and level up your manufacturing career. Why you'll love it Team-first environment where collaboration drives quality Structured training—turn hands-on experience into a lasting career Competitive compensation with multiple shift options Your impact Build electro-mechanical test fixtures and various test systems Follow mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and customer specs Wire rack-mount cabinets, control panels, and custom fixtures Cut, strip, twist, tin, and solder wires; hand-place and secure components Attach wires, cables, resistors, capacitors, and more to PCBs, connectors, and assemblies Clean parts and maintain tidy work areas throughout production Inspect thoroughly at each stage to uphold strict quality standards Compensation $19/hr (mechanical) and $20/hr (cleanroom)
Schedules Fri-Sun:
5:00 AM-5:00 PM (work 36 hours; paid 40) Optional Mon-Thu shifts: 5:00 AM-3:30 PM — $20.00/hour 4:00 PM-2:30 AM — $22.00/hour What we're looking for Teammates who communicate and collaborate effectively Quick learners eager to pick up new skills in a fast-paced setting Detail-driven makers who value precision and consistency Comfort with computers and digital work instructions Minimum qualifications 6+ months of electrical assembly experience High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; a copy must be supplied for verification Ability to stand, handle materials, and perform repetitive motions in a manufacturing environment Technical proficiency Electrical Schematics Electrical / Electronic Systems Legal notice Background checks, including criminal history verification, and drug screening will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
