Essential Duties:

Reading and comprehending instructions and following established procedures Collecting all material and equipment needed to begin the process Taking precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications Align material and put together parts to build more complex units Check output to ensure highest quality Maintain equipment in good condition Qualifications Education Preferred

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Experience One year minimum manufacturing experience.

Ability to perform basic math, including the use of calculators. Proven experience as an assembler Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Cross-referencing documents and parts Use of hand tools (Torque screw drivers) Key Performance Characteristics Leadership Capability Effective Communication Skills Strong Work Ethic Sense of Urgency Positive Attitude Honesty/Integrity Position Type, Schedule and Travel This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00-3:30 pm or 3:30-12:00 am. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Lifting and Carrying Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs. (sometimes more, depending on the job) The task repeats 6
