Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assembly Line Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the assembly process of our products, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision throughout your shift. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Operate assembly line equipment and hand tools to assemble wood products efficiently and accurately Use power tools safely to complete assembly tasks according to specifications Assist with the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of machinery on the production line Reports defective parts to supervisor Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is a plus Experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing top-quality products!
